General Terms and Conditions

1.1 Acceptance of Agreement

By using Pivip's website and mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Pivip and the user. Pivip reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.

1.2 Definitions and Interpretation

Definitions of some important terms used in this document:

• "Pivip" Refers to our online betting and gaming platform, including the website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Player" Refers to any person who is registered on the Pivip platform and uses our services.
• "Account" Refers to a player's personal Pivip account where information, balance, and transaction records are stored.
• "Bet" or "Wager" Placing money on the outcome of a game or event.
• "Bonus" Refers to any promotional offer, free bet, or reward provided by Pivip.

1.3 Eligibility Criteria

To register and play on the Pivip platform, you must meet the following criteria:

• You are creating and using the account with your own information and funds.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Creating an Account

To create an account on the Pivip platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Pivip may request additional documents to verify your identity, such as a national ID card, passport, or driver's license. You may only create one Pivip account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.

2.2 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your Pivip account is your responsibility. You must use a strong and unique password and keep your login credentials confidential. Never allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, immediately notify our customer support. Pivip recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for additional security.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Pivip complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to verify your identity, age, and address. You may be asked to submit identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld until verification is complete. Failure to provide KYC documents may result in account suspension.

2.4 Account Suspension and Closure

Pivip reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without cause. This may be due to rule violations, suspected fraud, creating multiple accounts, or breaking the law. You may request to close your account at any time through customer support. All remaining balances must be withdrawn before closing the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

Pivip accepts various deposit methods including mobile banking, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and e-wallets. All deposits must come from the player's own account. Third-party payments are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary for each payment method. Pivip does not charge any fees for processing deposits, but your payment provider may charge fees.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

You may withdraw funds from your Pivip account at any time, provided your account is verified and any bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals are generally sent via the same method used for deposit. Pivip may take 12-48 hours to process withdrawals for security checks and verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 per transaction. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Pivip adheres to strict policies against money laundering and terrorist financing. We monitor suspicious transactions and report to authorities when necessary. Betting Rules and Gameplay

4.1 Placing Bets

To place a bet on the Pivip platform, you must have sufficient balance in your account. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled (with some exceptions for live bets). Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each bet, varying depending on the event and market. Pivip reserves the right to void bets containing obvious errors or appearing suspicious.

4.2 Odds and Payout

All odds displayed on the Pivip platform are subject to change according to market conditions. The odds accepted at the time of bet placement are final. In cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds display), Pivip reserves the right to void bets. Payouts are calculated according to the stake × odds formula. After event completion, payouts for winning bets are automatically added to the player's account balance.

4.3 Game Fairness and RNG

All casino games on the Pivip platform use Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly audited and certified by third parties. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and fair. Live casino games are conducted in real time by professional dealers and broadcast via HD video streaming. Pivip does not manipulate or influence any game outcome.

4.4 Betting Limits and Responsible Gaming

Pivip promotes responsible gaming and provides tools to help players keep their betting under control. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options are also available. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours (decreases take effect immediately).

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Pivip offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be met. Bonuses are only available to those who meet eligibility criteria. A player may participate in only one bonus at a time. Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus confiscation and account suspension.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Pivip bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before withdrawal. For example, BDT 1,000 bonus × 30 wagering = BDT 30,000 must be wagered. Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Wagering requirements must generally be completed within 30-60 days.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation

Pivip reserves the right to cancel or modify a bonus at any time, for any reason. If bonus terms are violated or abuse is suspected, the bonus and associated winnings will be confiscated. You may cancel an active bonus at any time, but this will result in the loss of the bonus balance and any winnings earned from the bonus.

Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fraud and Collusion

Any form of fraud, collusion (conspiring with others to cheat), or dishonest activity on the Pivip platform is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: using bots or automated software, creating multiple accounts, using insider information, payment fraud, or bonus abuse. Accounts found engaging in such activities will be immediately closed, all winnings confiscated, and legal action may be taken.

6.2 Money Laundering and Illegal Activity

Using the Pivip platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity is completely prohibited. Players must deposit funds from legitimate sources and use their own payment methods. Pivip employs advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity and reports to law enforcement authorities.

6.3 Abuse and Harassment

Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players, customer support staff, or any individual on the Pivip platform will not be tolerated. This includes offensive language, discriminatory comments, spamming, or sending inappropriate messages. Such behavior may result in chat suspension, account suspension, or permanent ban.

6.4 System Manipulation

Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or damage the Pivip platform, software, or systems is strictly prohibited. This includes DDoS attacks, uploading viruses or malware, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or stealing Pivip's intellectual property. Such activities are punishable by law and Pivip will take full legal action.

Liability and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Pivip makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable and secure platform, but technical errors, server downtime, or other issues may occur. Pivip is not liable for losses caused by technical problems, internet disconnections, or third-party provider failures. Players acknowledge that online gaming is inherently risky and they participate at their own risk.

7.2 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint with Pivip, please contact our customer support team first. We investigate all complaints seriously and strive for fair resolution. Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Pivip's decision is final and binding. If you are not satisfied with the internal complaints process, you may approach an independent dispute resolution body.

7.3 Force Majeure

Pivip is not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, government orders, pandemics, labor strikes, or other force majeure circumstances. Pivip bears no responsibility for service disruptions caused by such events.

7.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pivip, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these terms, violation of the law, or infringement of third-party rights.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

Pivip collects, processes, and stores your personal information to provide our services and fulfill legal obligations. Separability
